Payment Options

 

I currently accept PayPal and most major cards at checkout. When you have finished making your selection(s), please check out at your earliest convenience. If you find that you have placed an erroneous order, please just let me know so that I can cancel the order. Please make your payment within 3 days. California state sales tax (8.0%) will be collected on all sales shipping addresses. Should laws change, sales taxes will be charged accordingly.

 

Shipping

 

Standard Shipping Costs ​

Domestic orders are shipped within one week via USPS.   Shipping cost is a flat rate of $2.95 per order.    

Priority Mail w/ tracking and insurance US $8.50,

Express mail US $10.50

Also, when shipping to International destinations, you may experience any number of delays. The most likely culprit will be your own country's customs agency. If you don't see your package within a reasonable length of time, you can contact me to track the package, HOWEVER, the USPS cannot track any package once it has left US soil. Once a package has left US soil, you must track it from your end.

 If for some reason you decide that you would like to return or exchange your merchandise you may do so within the first 14 days minus the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee or full store credit (that must be used within 2 months of the purchase date).  Each custom design is made with love, time and its own unique twist.  Allow up to two weeks + 2 to 3 business days for priority shipping to receive handcrafted necklaces from The Syl-B Collection or The Just One Design Collection.
